Turnaround time:Most of our latex clothing and rubber bondage gear is made when ordered and is shipped within approximately 4-6 weeks. Delivery should take no more than 4 days after an item is shipped. We will send you a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.

Return Policy:Please, order carefully! Make sure you order the size which matches your measurements (not the size you wish matched your measurements). Also, please do not order a size smaller than you are because you want the item to fit tightly. The items are already generally designed to fit tightly according to the size chart. If you do not fit into one of our stock sizes, just email us and we can quote you a very reasonable price to have an item custom sized. Generally, custom work is only $50-$100 extra.
We will repair or replace any item that has a manufacturer's defect if you notify us by email of the problem within 5 days of your receipt of the item. The item must be sent back to us and we will verify the defect by inspection.
We cannot be responsible for people who order incorrect sizes, either due to wishful thinking, or because they did not read our size chart. We make every item only when ordered, so there is no way for us to easily or inexpensively replace items that were ordered in incorrect sizes. Due to the fact that we do not have anyone to sell returned items to, we do not accept returns due to the incorrect ordering of sizes.
Please note that for health reasons, we cannot accept returns on items which have been washed or worn on the genitals.
